Pre-professional ballet training program
This program is for Ballet students who consider our training as part of their professional career.
Pre-professional/Professional training is based on a four-five days weekly schedule and includes preparation for participating in ballet competitions.
Students of the Ballet training and Pre-professional Ballet training programs have the opportunity to perform twice a year in winter and summer. Additional rehearsals are required and are part of the program.
Both ballet programs include ballet exams that are held twice a year.
Private Lessons
Private ballet lessons are available for everyone and are scheduled on an individual basis.
Acro and Flexibility for Dancers
Acro and flexibility incorporates acrobatic, gymnastic movements into dance routines and is one of the more challenging dance styles to teach and to learn. It focuses on concentration, balance, flexibility and control. This style teaches students the importance of being spatially aware, persistent, and confident. It often includes working with a partner and using balance and agility skills to work together and achieve a common goal. Students will experience the joy of accomplishing hard-earned personal goals with the techniques learned in class. It is a package of classes based on a two days weekly schedule appropriate to the student’s skill level.
Ballet for Skaters and Gymnasts
The program is designed for skaters or gymnasts that want the competitive edge. Based on the Vaganova Method of Ballet, this program will give skaters or gymnasts the ballet skills, flexibility, balance and grace needed to take their artistic routines and performances to the next level.
